Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Service
- Welcome customers into the store.
- Recommend the best products for customers' needs.
- Suggest related products to increase sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Promote special sales, offers, and raise awareness of the company loyalty program.
Daily Store Operations
- Responsible for sales operations before and after the sale.
- Accept and process orders, operate the POS system, process customer payments, issue VAT refunds, and tax invoices for customers.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns.
- Manage stock transfers between the store and the warehouse.
- Conduct store stock checks, replenish shelves, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Alert the supervisor of potential issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
