Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation Support
- Collaborate across the teams, including business users, IT, and steering (some time) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, RTM, and system workflows.
- Assist in project planning and execution to ensure milestones are met within defined timelines.
Session Management (Requirement gathering and Testing)
- Lead and support requirement-gathering sessions with all parties (business users, IT, and others) to understand pain points and current operational processes.
Collaboration and Communication
- Served as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates, test summaries, and documentation as required.
Post-Go-Live Support & KM to IT department
- Provide hands-on support to end-users, answering questions and issue logs. troubleshooting issues as they come up.
- Create and update FAQs and user manuals based on real-world questions and challenges faced by business users.
- Conduct in-depth walkthroughs of core business processes and system functionalities that the IT team will need to support.
- Ensure IT team members understand the end-to-end workflow and their role in supporting it post-go-live.
