Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Implementation Support

  • Collaborate across the teams, including business users, IT, and steering (some time) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, RTM, and system workflows.
  • Assist in project planning and execution to ensure milestones are met within defined timelines.

Session Management (Requirement gathering and Testing)

  • Lead and support requirement-gathering sessions with all parties (business users, IT, and others) to understand pain points and current operational processes.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Served as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates, test summaries, and documentation as required.

Post-Go-Live Support & KM to IT department

  • Provide hands-on support to end-users, answering questions and issue logs. troubleshooting issues as they come up.
  • Create and update FAQs and user manuals based on real-world questions and challenges faced by business users.
  • Conduct in-depth walkthroughs of core business processes and system functionalities that the IT team will need to support.
  • Ensure IT team members understand the end-to-end workflow and their role in supporting it post-go-live.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating test scripts that accurately reflect real-world usage.
  • Strong ability to understand business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and map them to the RTM for development.
  • Technical communication
  • Programming language would be highly beneficial
  • High in project management methodologies
  • Understanding how to support the system after go-live, including troubleshooting and issue resolution with how to assist end-users.
  • Creative thinking
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional. teams.
  • Project Management: Familiar with project lifecycle and timelines.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Excel, Quality Center, and Test Management tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and website accessibility compliance is a plus.
