Report to: Managing Director
Job Purpose: Responsible for the overall business strategy and day-to-day operations of Home Furnishings Thailand Contract Sales (marketing, sales & operations) in line with Home Furnishing business objective and company's vision to ensure the growth of brands and profitability. Ensure business continues to make a profit and deliver growth value through short and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive Home Furnishings Thailand Contract Sales business, brand, product, and sales strategies to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Oversee the department's financial performance, investment, and business ventures. Responsible for HF Thailand Contract Sales' P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze and provide strategic advice and action plans when challenges occur, or operations are not going as planned to rectify the situation and help the BU achieve its goals/growth.
- Motivate and provide leadership to associates in the BU. Responsible for recruiting, developing, and overall corporate governance for all direct and indirect reports within home furnishings contract sales THs to ensure an inclusive, safe/secure working environment that will facilitate continuous development and maximum productivity amongst team members. Responsible for performance evaluation and appraisal.
- Communicate and maintain trust and relationships with all stakeholders: Management, Direct Reports, Team members, Customers, and Business Partners.
